Hello, thank you for visiting my website. My name is Lesley - I teach a moving, mindful meditation called T’ai Chi Chih® which is very easy to learn, as it has only 19 moves and a pose. The practice helps to circulate and balance an intrinsic energy called Chi ( Chi in China, Ki in Japan, Prana in India ).
T’ai Chi Chih® is an evidence based mindfulness practice which may help:-

The practice does not need a particular level of fitness or co-ordination, so people of all ages can benefit from learning it.
